About us………
Wind and Wood, aka Morag and Trevor Gane, are a flute, vocal and guitar duo performing original songs and covers of our favourite songs. From haunting folk/rock tunes to feet stomping sea shanties we try to bring something for everyone to enjoy.
Trevor is a self- taught guitar player who has performed solo and with many bands over his fifty something years of playing. Morag is a classical trained flautist using improvisation techniques. Morag has played in an orchestra, supported solo performers and played in a folk/rock band.
We have always dreamed of having the opportunity to play together on a regular basis. I guess we are now living the dream!
We are playing pubs, clubs and cafes and have our first CD which has also been released on Spotify and other major streaming platforms for you to enjoy!
